Los Angeles restaurants are known for more than just their food…people watching, spectacular views and the “scene” are all part of the experience. With innovative food, a stunning interior, and eclectic music, Herringbone’s LA location inside the iconic Mondrian Los Angeles will fit right in.
Celebrity chef Brian Malarkey is bringing all of his usual talent and his unusual tricks to Herringbone Los Angeles. Taking the lead in the kitchen is Fabric of Social Dining veteran, Anthony Sinsay. He’ll be providing guests with Herringbone’s signature “Fish Meats Field” cuisine and favorites like Seared Diver Scallops with crispy sweetbreads, parisian gnocchi, persimmon & sage and Pork Belly with wood roasted sunchoke, manila clam, calvados jus & green apple.
To create the perfect “scene” for an evening out, Herringbone once again worked with Thomas Shoos, the mastermind behind many stunning Los Angeles restaurants. He’s made the 7,500 square foot space vibrant and warm, adding details like custom chandeliers, cypress trees, and surfaces painted by Shoos himself. The restaurant also features two private dining rooms, an outdoor dining area and bar, and an additional exterior lounge with couches and fire pits.
In addition to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Herringbone’s kitchen will be providing 24-hour room service to guests of Mondrian Los Angeles, catering for hotel meetings, food and beverage service for the hotel lobby, and food service for the Skybar and Pool.
